The family 2014

The family 2014

Who Am I?

My name is Shelly. I am an Ordinary Women. This is My Story...as penned by God.

My life revolves around RELATIONSHIPS-my Lord, my family and my friends! I love the Lord Jesus with all my heart & soul-could not imagine life without Him. Nor could I have walked through all life has thrown at me without His guidance, love, grace & mercy.

My family-I have been married for close to 27 yrs to my high school sweetheart, without whom I can't imagine traveling this road called LIFE. He is my constant, my heart. My son who who is a college graduate, working his first job & living in Cincinnati, OH now. He has brought us great joys & struggles in our life together but without whom life would be dull. We are excited for this new adventure for him, even if he does live 8 hrs from home! I wouldn't trade one minute of these years with him! Our extended families-we love you all dearly & wish that all our time could be with you!

Let's not forget the rest of "my kids"-you are attached with heartstrings, that while they may stretch to wherever God leads you...they WILL always be attached to my heart! And hopefully will draw you back here every now & then!

My friends whom make me laugh, cry, scream, shout, get mad, be happy and every other emotion possible. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your lives! And thank you for loving me just the way I am! I could not do this thing called life without you.
